




Job Summary: Support the daily supervision of dependent young people, carrying out educational, physical, and emotional care tasks while fostering their development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Carry out educational work through daily coexistence with young people. 2. Promote young people's involvement in their educational process. 3. Conduct follow-up and support for users. **Description:** ---------------- Your primary role is to support the supervision of the daily lives of young people exhibiting greater dependency issues. Additionally, you will deliver workshops from other programs when assigned by the coordination and management staff of the organization. * Carry out educational work through daily coexistence, performing tasks related to physical and emotional care from a normalizing and integrative perspective—including not only work within the center’s context but also outings to community activities and resources. * Promote young people's involvement in their educational process by motivating them and establishing appropriate means to create an atmosphere of trust and communication that favors educator\-minor interaction. * Conduct follow-up of young people throughout their stay in the services, using instruments and techniques specifically designed for this purpose (e.g., observation protocols, Individualized Educational Plans [PEI], educational follow-up reports, etc.). * Support each user upon admission, observing and recording their behaviors and attitudes to facilitate their integration process. * Prepare educational reports within the scheduled deadlines or as directed by Management. * Collaborate in achieving educational objectives by actively engaging with the person accommodated in the center’s daily life. * Accompany young people alongside educators during leisure and free-time activities. * Attend scheduled appointments and carry out tasks planned for the afternoon. **Requirements:** --------------- * Preferably a qualification as Social Integration Technician or similar, related to the social field. * Experience in intervention/working with minors under guardianship. * Relevant training will be valued. * User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Generally morning shifts, but availability for some afternoons when required. * Knowledge of foreign languages—Arabic, French—will be valued.
