We are seeking to hire a professional for our Pampling store on C/ Zacatín, Granada, to cover 24 weekly hours with rotating shifts starting September 29th on a temporary basis. Customer service experience and a good level of English are required. What will your responsibilities be? Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, advising and informing them about models and sizes, resolving issues, processing payments at the register, etc. Operational support in inventory management, stock control, ordering, and warehouse tasks. Maintain the store's visual presentation always neat and aligned with brand values. As the visible representative of Grupo Pampling, you will be responsible for conveying our values of youthfulness, creativity, and environmental commitment during the sales process. Provide proper customer service by understanding their needs, resolving issues, and analyzing user preferences and requirements. Be familiar with the product catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizing, shipping times, and procedures. What do we offer?
