Management of B2C and B2B (BT) billing claims for EE and EXXI, covering electricity and gas. 2\. Management of billing for EE and EXXI, including anomaly and fraud cases reported by both internal and external distributors, applicable to both B2B (BT) and B2C segments. 3\. Management of second receptions from distributors triggering manual resolution tasks when certain control parameters (e.g., amount, billable items) prevent automatic resolution. Applicable to EE and EXXI, covering gas and electricity, for both B2C and B2B (BT) segments. **Your Responsibilities:** * Monitoring of billing claims for EE and EXXI in the B2C segment, covering both gas and electricity. * Tracking of business KPIs and quality metrics applicable to this process, including deviation analysis. * Monitoring of supplier billing and its impact on the area’s POA (Plan of Action). * Tracking of incidents related to the process, identification of priority issues, and follow-up in Systems Committees. * Participation in recurring meetings with Business, Systems, and Suppliers. * Operational monitoring, identifying deviations and root causes, and implementing measures for continuous improvement. * Coordination with other internal and external processes. * Identification of requirements for new developments/robotization initiatives, tracking their progress, and coordinating testing and implementation. * Analysis of process impacts arising from regulatory changes. **Essential Requirements for This Role:** * Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering Degree (Industrial, Computer Science, Industrial Organization), or Business Administration (ADE) with technological interest. * : * Valuable experience in similar positions. * **Business Intelligence, data analysis, and development of technological solutions** * **Knowledge of the electricity and gas business, as well as value-added service products** * **Languages: English** **Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Selection Process** For us, diversity and inclusion are essential in our daily operations; therefore, in our selection processes, we always consider all individuals who express interest and meet the required profile.
