YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Your objective will be to manage the documentation and processes associated with the import/export flows of our international subsidiaries, ensuring regulatory compliance, adherence to international customs procedures, and operational efficiency. On a day-to-day basis, your main responsibilities will include: * Administer the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods across international borders, complying with local and international legislation. * Ensure compliance with import and export regulations, as well as international customs procedures. * Manage and track import/export documentation. * Process and monitor payment of duties, import VAT, and other related taxes. * Validate and register documents in the SAP system. * Update and maintain information in tracking spreadsheets. * Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and subsidiaries to ensure smooth execution of operations. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper traceability and archiving of documentation. ABOUT YOU: * Previous experience in transportation and customs. * Knowledge and experience in preparing and reviewing import/export documentation. * Knowledge of international trade. * Experience acting as an intermediary for imports and exports between clients and international subsidiaries, and coordinating with distribution, planning, production, and intercompany finance departments. * Education in fields related to international trade, logistics, business administration, or similar disciplines.
