




Position Summary: Support fundraising activities and campaign follow-up, collaborating on reporting, corporate prospecting, and document management. Key Highlights: 1. Being part of a team with strong impact. • Campaign and visit tracking in the CRM * Support in preparing impact reports and annual reports for funders. * Collaboration in fundraising campaigns and corporate engagement activities. * Document organization and archiving for the department. * Support in preparing meetings with potential collaborators. * Visiting and/or contacting companies by phone or email and scheduling visits. Requirements \- Degree or vocational training in Business Administration and Management, Social Sciences, Social Work, International Relations, Marketing, Commerce, Project Management, or related fields. * Specific training in fundraising is valued. * 1\-2 years of experience in commercial prospecting, direct sales, or street-level sales (e.g., booths, promotions). * Experience in the third sector. Technical knowledge that will be valued includes: * Understanding of public and private funding calls. * Technical writing ability. * Advanced proficiency with technological tools: Excel/CRM/Microsoft 365. * Experience using CRM systems. * Ability to organize documents and manage deadlines.
