The person selected for this role will be responsible for: * Coordinating and supervising the in-house construction team and subcontractors. * Organizing and assigning tasks among the workers under their supervision. * Ensuring production aligns with the project schedule. * Planning in advance the procurement, material orders, and other resources such as machinery or auxiliary equipment necessary for the proper execution of work activities and units. * Maintaining daily records of workforce attendance, supplies used, and equipment rentals. * Ensuring proper maintenance of general facilities and collective protective measures, as well as correct use of individual protective equipment. * Monitoring compliance with health and safety (HSE), quality, and environmental requirements. * Resolving management and/or execution issues on site, acting as the main point of contact with any involved third parties. **Requirements** * We are seeking a candidate with over 10 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor in civil works related to hydraulic infrastructures (primarily water treatment plants), earthworks and foundations. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Experience in equipment assembly is desirable. * Geographic mobility within the Andalusia region. * **LOCATION:** The town of Murtas, in the Alpujarras area of Granada. **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * The opportunity to join a leading multinational company in the sector. * Permanent contract. * Flexibility. * Company vehicle. * Professional growth.
