Opportunity for contract renewal We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a company located in Els Hostalets de Pierola. Your responsibilities will include providing support to the commercial department, handling telephone and in-person customer service, as well as managing document archiving and entering information into the computer system. A temporary contract is offered with possibility of renewal, with a split working schedule from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. The remuneration is €18,000 gross per year. * Minimum 1 year’s experience as an administrative assistant. * Residence near the workplace. * Dynamic, proactive, responsible, committed individual with eagerness to learn. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to access the workplace.
