Purpose Enable operational and management decision-making through advanced analytics, data modeling, and KPI definition—ensuring reliability, performance, and operational information is consistent, traceable, and available to superintendencies and management. This strengthens data governance and cross-functional reporting, integrating OT/IT sources and transforming data into actionable insights for Asset Performance. The role must prioritize concurrent demands from various superintendencies, reconciling standardized KPIs with local needs, and ensuring continuity of solutions while models, data, and requirements evolve—managing incidents without compromising trust in information. **In this position, your key responsibilities will include:** Automating data extraction, transformation, integration, and visualization processes according to defined requirements. Integrating data from multiple OT, IT, maintenance, process, and corporate systems—consolidating them for analytical and reporting use. Developing technical analyses and executive reports for management and superintendencies—ensuring consistency of presented information. Providing technical support to users on analytics and reporting tools. Coordinating cross-functional support in advanced analytics, data modeling, and KPI definition with end-user superintendencies—gathering requirements and aligning deliverables. Managing data and reporting systems and platforms—monitoring availability, integrity, performance, and operational, reliability, and performance-related data governance. Analyzing trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities using operational, reliability, and performance data—recommending evidence-based action priorities. Who Are We Looking For? **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Metallurgy, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. A postgraduate diploma or degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines is desirable. **Experience:** Minimum five years of experience applying data analytics in industrial contexts or complex operations.
