




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as diagnosis and resolution of faults, within a major industrial company. For new projects in the Industrial Sector, we require a **Maintenance Technician**, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, based in Burgos. **Mission** * We seek a responsible, team-oriented, and enthusiastic individual with passion for industrial maintenance, willing to further expand their competencies within a major industrial company. **Responsibilities** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities; identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults in production equipment. * Intervene in electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Ensure and adjust machinery, including on-site commissioning (SAT) at client facilities. * Collaborate in machine start-up, adjustments, and inspections. * Participate in fault analysis and propose improvements. * Identify potential failure risks in machinery and equipment, and plan and execute appropriate interventions. * Execute scheduled tasks outlined in the Maintenance Plan, addressing root causes of possible failures. * Root cause analysis of problems; continuous improvement. * Interpret technical drawings to perform tasks (mechanical assemblies, electrical diagrams, automation, PLCs, etc.). * Other duties as may arise within the Department. **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Degree (CFGS), preferably in the electromechanical field. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a maintenance department, preferably within the capital goods industry. * Additional knowledge valued: + Pneumatics + Hydraulics + PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider) + Welding processes * Knowledge of the food or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage. **Competencies and Skills** * Valuable qualifications: + Crane operation training + Aerial work platform operation training + Metal C12 certification * Autonomous, flexible, proactive, and decision-capable individual. * Strong teamwork capabilities. * Motivated candidate. **Languages** * English B1 **Workplace** * Burgos, on-site * Shift rotation between morning and afternoon shifts **Offer** * Immediate incorporation. * Indefinite-term project: initially one year under outsourcing arrangement, followed by direct incorporation into a leading company in the sector. * Salary commensurate with experience provided. * Indefinite-term contract
