Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead teams on Oil & Gas/LNG projects, supervise structural calculations, and serve as the technical point of contact for clients. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** initiative and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Leadership and coordination of Civil Engineering teams** on **Oil \& Gas / LNG** projects, ensuring technical integration across disciplines and compliance with international standards. * **Supervision, validation, and quality control of structural calculations**, guaranteeing safe, efficient solutions aligned with project requirements. * **Review, interpretation, and application of technical study results** (geotechnical, seismic, and structural) to support design decisions. * **Comprehensive preparation and review of technical documentation**, including calculation reports, design criteria, specifications, and drawings. * **Direct interaction with clients and suppliers**, acting as the **technical reference for structural matters**, resolving queries, and ensuring consistency among design, engineering, and supply. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Degree in **Civil Engineering** (specialization in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering). * Minimum experience: **15 years, at least 10 in Oil\&Gas/LNG**. * **English B2 level**. * Knowledge of **Geotechnics** and seismic analysis applicable to industrial projects. * Proficiency in **Structural Analysis Software**, 3D design tools (Revit, S3D), and AutoCAD. * Knowledge of **Civil and Structural Engineering**, including steel and concrete structures. * Experience in developing **Quantity Take-offs** for Civil and Structural works. **What We Offer:** * Social benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers), work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity initiatives, and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle initiatives. * The opportunity to be part of a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
