Maintenance of electromechanical and CPD control systems **Job Offer: Maintenance Technician – Offices and Data Processing Center (CPD)** **Job Description** We are seeking a **Maintenance Technician** to join immediately the **KVA Servicios team at our client’s main headquarters in Madrid**, performing maintenance on office facilities and a **Data Processing Center (CPD)**. This is an **on-site**, **full-time** position with an **indefinite-term contract**. **Responsibilities** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical and home automation installations. * Supervision, control, and operation of **BMS (Building Management System)**. * Maintenance of electronic and CPD-related control systems (precision air conditioning, UPS, diesel generators, electrical panels, etc.). * Real-time diagnosis and resolution of incidents. * Recording of interventions and compliance with technical procedures. * Collaboration with the team to ensure operational continuity of the CPD and offices. **Requirements** * Solid knowledge, with training and/or experience in **electromechanics**, **home automation**, **electronics**, **BMS control systems**, **air conditioning**, etc. * Responsible, organized, and problem-solving oriented individual. * Availability for **immediate start**. * Ability to work in a team and follow established procedures. * Availability to be **‘on call’** and respond to incidents outside regular working hours if necessary. **We Offer** * **Permanent contract** and **full-time schedule**.
