Your responsibilities will include preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel's facilities. Your daily tasks will include monitoring and repairing electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems, as well as addressing maintenance needs in guest rooms. This is a full-time position to be performed on-site in Granada. ### **Requirements** - Previous experience in maintenance of hotels/tourist apartments. - Technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, masonry, etc. - Ability to effectively solve problems. - Additional skills such as teamwork, good communication, and a customer service-oriented mindset will be highly valued. - Must reside in Granada or surrounding areas.
