Design and optimize paid advertising strategies ### **General information** Office Madrid Country Spain Date Published 26\-Feb\-2026 Ref \# 2336 Area Marketing Type of Presence Hybrid ### **Description \& Requirements** At **JAKALA Iberia**, we are looking for an **SEM \& Paid Social Senior Consultant** to work on cross-functional projects focused on data and technology within the Media team, based in our Madrid offices. **Responsibilities** * Lead, define, and implement client Performance strategies in SEM and Paid Social environments. * Coordinate junior profiles in campaign execution and monitoring. * Design paid advertising strategies for search engines (SEM) and social media (Paid Social), aligned with client objectives. * Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yandex, Baidu, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), among others. * Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify improvement opportunities. * Write and optimize ad copy, segment audiences, and establish bidding strategies aimed at maximizing ROI. * Run A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve campaign performance. * Analyze key metrics and produce performance reports, providing data-driven strategic recommendations. * Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand message consistency. * Stay up to date with digital marketing, SEM, Paid Social, and analytics trends and best practices. **Requirements****MUST**: * Proven experience in operational management of Performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Advanced English, both written and spoken; client interaction in English required. * Experience with the Google Marketing Platform (GMP): Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360, and GA4\. * Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. * Strong verbal and written communication skills**.** **NICE TO HAVE**: * Experience in a digital agency. **What We Offer** * Hybrid office attendance model. * Private health insurance. * Access to Wellhub for physical and mental wellbeing. * Flexible compensation (meal vouchers, transportation, childcare, etc.). * 28 days of annual vacation. * Three weeks per year of full remote work. * Career development plan tailored to your professional interests. * Access to certifications (Google, Salesforce, Adobe). * Technology training programs (Jxpert). * Technology solutions testing lab (Jlab). * Language training **Company Overview** We are an ecosystem designed to bring talent and innovative solutions together to drive value for organizations, people, and society.
