Job Summary: We are seeking a building maintenance operator to support thermal installations, low-voltage electrical systems, and plumbing, as well as respond to urgent incidents. Responding to urgent incidents in buildings We require an operator to carry out building maintenance tasks in Baeza. Duties include supporting maintenance of thermal installations (air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water), low-voltage electrical installations, and plumbing, as well as responding to urgent incidents that may arise. It is mandatory to hold a forklift truck and elevated platform operator certificate. The contract is permanent, full-time, and the annual gross salary ranges between €21,500 and €23,000.
