Ensure all on\-site activities conform to technical specifications. * **Resource Management** : Manage the allocation of materials, equipment, and labor on\-site, ensuring efficient resource utilization and prompt resolution of any shortages. * **Work Planning Oversight** : Assist in planning upcoming tasks—including personnel requirements, equipment needs, and road closures. Ensure smooth progress by coordinating with other teams and reporting project updates. * **Team Supervision** : Coordinate subcontractors and labor teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines. Ensure all teams align with project objectives by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and verifying work execution per project plans and safety standards. * **Insights \& Reporting** : Maintain accurate records of daily site activities—including workforce deployment, material usage, and incidents. Provide regular updates to the project supervisor or manager. * **Capability Building** : Develop your own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching; obtain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain awareness of relevant technologies, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous learning, conference attendance, and reading specialist media. * **Relationship Management** : Respond promptly to all Know Your Client (KYC) inquiries. Support internal client relationship management by performing straightforward procedural tasks. * **Leadership and Direction** : Lead others by example and through knowledge/skill sharing.
