




Job Summary: We are seeking a First Chef to lead kitchen operations, prepare menus, and manage consumption forecasts with expertise in dish presentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assessment of expertise in dish presentation and plating We are looking for a First Chef responsible for kitchen leadership. Main duties include preparing and seasoning menus approved by management or the head chef. The selected candidate will manage consumption forecasts to achieve optimal product utilization. Expertise in dish presentation and plating will be highly valued. The candidate must also undertake tasks delegated by the head chef and substitute for them during absences. A full-time interim contract is offered in Armilla. Working hours are from Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts and statutory rest days. The monthly salary is €2152. Contract duration depends on the conclusion of the trade union leave being covered.
