Your mission will be to ensure **safe and high-quality healthcare**, centered on the individual. Your main responsibilities will include... **Monitoring residents’ health status**, administering medication and treatments, performing wound dressings, monitoring vital signs, and managing chronic conditions. **Participating in the Individualized Care Plan and coordinating care** with other professionals at the facility. **Promoting best clinical practices and risk prevention**, contributing to care quality and continuity. **Accompanying and advising residents and their families**, collaborating with the team and documenting residents’ progress to ensure **continuity of care**. #### **What Do You Need?** #### **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. #### **Other Skills and Knowledge:** If you enjoy **caring for older adults**, **working collaboratively in a team**, and delivering **personalized, close attention**, this position may be ideal for you. #### **Experience:** Prior experience in the **sociosanitary sector** will be valued.
