Continuous training and professional development Location: Molina de Segura Province: Murcia Number of Vacancies (positions): 1 Type of Offer: Job Opening Responsibilities At Northgate, we aim to incorporate a maintenance sales representative into our Murcia team whose primary mission will be customer maintenance and retention, managing accounts with the objective of developing and expanding their fleet. Main responsibilities include: * Daily / weekly client visits. * Cross-selling. * Daily control and follow-up of offers made to clients. * Weekly control and follow-up of contracts sent, pending signature, and signed by clients. * Preparation of reports: commercial activity, pipeline, results of the designed commercial plan. * Management of charges/refunds. * Debt management. Requirements \- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / Higher Vocational Training Certificate or 3 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable. * In-depth knowledge of Murcia’s business landscape. * Experience working towards targets. * Experience selling services and negotiating with clients; we seek a proactive and solution-oriented individual. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Familiarity with reporting in CRM and Salesforce. Offer \- Indefinite-term contract * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Fridays until 3:30 PM. Intensive summer schedule from 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM, effective from the last week of June through the first week of September, inclusive. * Company vehicle (Solred card) and necessary work tools such as mobile phone, laptop, etc. * Initial and ongoing training. * Opportunities for professional development. * Excellent working environment
