Job Summary: We are seeking a cook for a hotel in Palencia, responsible for preparing dishes, controlling food supplies, coordinating cooking times, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating on planning and management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparing dishes following recipes and the establishment's gastronomic proposal. 2. Collaborating in menu planning and inventory management. 3. Teamwork and organization to ensure efficient service. A cook (male or female) is needed for a hotel in the city of Palencia. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, on a split shift: from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with breaks established by law. Duties include preparing dishes following recipes and the establishment's gastronomic proposal, always adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. You must monitor food freshness and storage conditions, coordinate cooking times to ensure smooth service, and keep the work area clean and organized.
