The work involves coordinating domestic and international cargo movement, maintaining daily contact with production teams, warehouse staff, and carriers to ensure delivery deadlines are met without disruptions. It is necessary to handle all foreign trade documentation, from certificates to customs procedures. Responsibilities include planning high-volume shipments, monitoring cargo flow within the warehouse, and optimizing distribution routes. This is a full-time contract involving negotiations with suppliers and transportation companies to achieve maximum efficiency. Additionally, administrative and accounting support is provided to improve daily operational processes. Higher Vocational Training qualification, preferably in International Trade. At least one year of prior work experience in industrial environments or handling high-volume cargo. Accounting knowledge and a suitable level of English for documentation management are valued.
