As a Product Specialist, you will join a specialized Software Development team focused, among many other things, on developing mobile applications (native, hybrid, or multi-platform framework-based), large-scale integration services and backends—both on-premises and cloud-based (using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud technologies), large-scale web applications, etc. We are leaders in end-to-end application maintenance based on operational improvement. This includes recurring maintenance and technical/functional support services, as well as evolutionary enhancements and new developments. We cover all necessary layers—from conceptualization and design through to quality assurance and security of applications to be deployed. We advocate for multidisciplinary profiles and believe in the Full Stack philosophy; therefore, experience in other technology stacks—whether backend (Java, .Net, NodeJS, etc.), mobile development (iOS, Ionic, Flutter, etc.), or web (HTML+JS+CSS, AngularJS, etc.)—will also be positively valued. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAY TO DAY? You will be responsible for administering, configuring, managing, and optimizing the platform’s lifecycle. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and product opportunities. * Analyzing platform usage data, customer feedback, and other KPIs to evaluate product performance and propose improvements. * Collaborating with the development team to define requirements and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. * Participating in planning and prioritization of new features and enhancements. * Monitoring platform performance and recommending actions to improve its competitiveness and profitability. * Managing documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and training materials. * Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the company to resolve issues and gather valuable feedback.
