Continuous training and rapid career advancement Work Location: French Alps. **Company:** WeMoveWise **Position:** Chef de Partie (Food & Beverage) — 4 positions **Location:** French Alps, France (multiple resorts) **Contract Period:** 22/06/2026 to 18/10/2026 (duration: 119 days) **Contract Type:** Seasonal CDD • **Work Schedule:** Full time **Remuneration & Benefits:** €1400 net + accommodation + meals + covered travel expenses + access to all resort facilities. Accommodation provided at the 5-star resort hotel, meals included, travel expenses covered by the employer, all meals included, full access to all facilities of the 5-star resort. ### **Position Description** We are seeking talented Chef de Partie professionals to create memorable gastronomic experiences at premium All-Inclusive resorts in France. You will work across various restaurant concepts (buffets, à la carte service, live cooking stations, and culinary events), within multicultural teams. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Independently manage your station (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or pastry, depending on profile) * Ensure food production for high-end collective catering (600–1000 covers per service) * Participate in buffet setup and replenishment * Collaborate on live cooking demonstrations and gastronomic events * Strictly comply with hygiene and safety standards * Train and supervise junior cooks * Contribute to delivering memorable experiences for guests #### **Requirements** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Chef de Partie * Creative and eager to surprise guests * Rigorous regarding hygiene and safety standards * Capable of handling high-volume operations without compromising quality * Minimum conversational English (B1) * Organized, quick-thinking, and team-oriented * Positive attitude and service orientation #### **What We Offer** * Seasonal contract (CDD saisonnier) * Accommodation included at the resort and all meals provided * Travel expenses covered * Access to infrastructure and activities of the 5-star resort * Continuous training and rapid career advancement * International professional experience in exceptional locations
