Responsibilities What will be your mission? As a PRL Technician, you will manage preventive planning for construction projects, being responsible for drafting, monitoring, and updating Safety and Health Plans and Risk Assessments, as well as for opening work sites and ensuring proper coordination of business activities (CBA) with subcontractors and other involved companies. What would your day-to-day look like? * You will conduct inspection visits to work sites and act as a preventive resource on site whenever necessary. * You will develop and implement safety and health plans and procedures, supervising the correct installation and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * You will ensure compliance with current occupational safety and health legislation, staying up to date on regulatory changes and adjusting company policies accordingly. * You will organize and deliver safety and health training programs, developing educational materials and procedural manuals. * You will investigate workplace accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports with corrective measures to prevent recurrence. * You will carry out the opening of work sites for various construction projects. * You will manage documentation related to subcontractors involved in the works. * You will monitor and keep subcontracting logs updated. * You will draft and supervise safety plans and risk assessments when required. * You will perform coordination of business activities (CBA). * You will collaborate with other departments and project teams to integrate safety measures across all construction phases. * You will serve as the point of contact for employees on safety and health matters, ensuring clear and effective communication. Requirements **Who are we looking for? You are the person we seek if:** * You have at least 1\-2 years of experience as a risk prevention technician on construction sites. * You hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties, or a Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Occupational Risk Prevention. * You are available to travel to various construction sites across Spain and Europe. * You possess certifications in first aid and fire-fighting (desirable). * You have an intermediate level of English (desirable). * You are familiar with occupational safety and health legislation and regulations. * You have knowledge of risk identification and assessment, as well as implementation of preventive measures. * You are an excellent communicator with the ability to deliver training, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively within a team.
