This is a well\-established, profitable product company with millions of active users and a strong international presence. Product and Design play a central role in shaping the company’s next stage of growth. **The opportunity** We are looking for a hybrid leader — someone who combines **strategic thinking, people leadership, and hands\-on product design**. Requisitos básicos * 7\+ years of Product Design experience in digital B2C/B2B environments. * 2\+ years leading or managing designers. * Strong end\-to\-end design capabilities (discovery, research, strategy, execution). * Experience working in data\-driven product teams. * Ability to confidently communicate and defend decisions with senior stakeholders. * Collaborative leadership style — influence over authority. * Experience designing scalable, global products. * Fluent English. * Marketplace experience or a mixed Product/Design background is a strong plus. 70K\-90K \+ benefits Barcelona Híbrido **Persona de contacto:** anprieto@q\-techrec.com \+34 639 525 928
