We are seeking a responsible individual to carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on industrial plant equipment in Vallmoll. Tasks include detecting and resolving faults in production lines equipped with PLCs, frequency inverters, servo motors, and anthropomorphic systems. Systematic fault resolution improvements are also proposed, spare parts are prepared, and required materials are reported. The work environment is a food manufacturing plant operating under continuous process conditions. Required knowledge includes electricity (control and power), pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics, as well as experience in industrial electronics and communication networks such as Profinet, EtherCAT, or BusASI. Electrical schematics and engineering drawings must be interpreted, and mechanical assemblies—including bearing, shaft, and pulley replacements—must be performed. Knowledge of plant utility services—steam, cold/hot water, and industrial refrigeration—is also valued. Industrial electronics and communication network expertise (Profinet/EtherCAT/BusASI). Ability to interpret electrical, electronic, and mechanical drawings. Desirable: Siemens PLC programming in TIA Portal, experience in Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
