Job Description Main Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the entire EPC proposal preparation process in the water sector. * Act as Bid Manager: plan, organize, and lead the bidding team. * Review and validate budget consistency, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. * Analyze technical, economic, and contractual risks associated with proposals. * Review proposed schedules, verifying that construction execution is realistic and feasible. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, legal, and finance departments. * Develop the commercial and technical proposal strategy. * Prepare the proposal cashflow. * Lead client presentations and contractual negotiations. * Ensure compliance with proposal submission deadlines. * Conduct post-bid analysis and lessons learned. Candidate Requirements Essential Requirements: * Civil or Industrial Engineer plus Master’s degree * Additional certification in PMP or BMA * Proficiency in English; French language skills are valued * Proficiency in MS Office, Project, Primavera, Presto, or similar software * Over 10 years’ experience in the water sector * Proven experience leading EPC proposals exceeding EUR 50 million * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams during the bidding phase * Experience in client negotiations and contractual risk analysis * Comprehensive EPC proposal management experience in the water sector (desalination, wastewater treatment, water treatment) * Experience as Bid Manager in hydraulic infrastructure projects * Technical and economic review of commercial proposals Other Requirements: * Senior profile with leadership capability and decision-making skills * Commercial and negotiation skills * Strategic business vision * Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies in budgets and scheduling * Experience engaging with international clients * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that all individuals can participate on equal footing.
