We continue growing and are looking to hire an **Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician** to work at one of our clients’ facilities in Castellbisbal (Barcelona). We seek a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the motivation to further develop within a technologically advanced industrial environment, where you will participate both in facility maintenance and continuous improvement projects. **What will be your mission?** Ensure the proper operation of industrial machinery and facilities by performing preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance tasks, maximizing equipment availability and contributing to the optimization of production processes. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Diagnose and repair electrical faults in industrial machinery and facilities. * Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. * Work on electric motors, frequency inverters, PLCs, and automation systems. * Analyze incidents and quickly and effectively locate electrical faults. * Participate in the continuous improvement of facilities and production processes. * Collaborate in implementing new technological solutions and automation projects. * Record all interventions in the maintenance management system. * Carry out work in compliance with safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention procedures. * Closely collaborate with the rest of the maintenance team to ensure uninterrupted production. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment via a **permanent contract**. * A consolidated project within a company with extensive experience in the industrial sector. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, including a one-hour lunch break. * Annual gross salary between €28,000 and €32,000, paid in 14 installments. * Flexible compensation plan (private health insurance and childcare vouchers). * Continuous training and professional development opportunities within GURPEA. * A positive work environment and full support from day one. **What are we looking for?** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Industrial Automation and Robotics, Industrial Mechatronics, Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, or equivalent technical qualification. * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance. * Solid knowledge of industrial electricity, automation systems, and pneumatics. * Experience working with PLCs (especially Siemens), frequency inverters, and servo motors. * Ability to interpret electrical schematics and diagnose faults. * Training in Electrical Risk (RD 614/2001\). * Training in working at heights will be valued. * Responsible, solution-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a team. **Do you want to join GURPEA?** **If you’re seeking a stable position within a growing company where you can continue developing professionally and contribute your industrial maintenance expertise, we’d love to meet you!**
