Founded in 2017 in Barcelona, Innovamat works with 27,000 teachers from over 2,600 educational centers across Spain, the United States, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru—enabling more than 600,000 students to learn mathematics while fostering deep understanding and competency development. **Your Mission** You will join our Primary Education Content team and play a key role in developing content for our Primary Education offering. **Your Day-to-Day at Innovamat** * Create teaching materials for primary school teachers in collaboration with experts in mathematics pedagogy. * Review and improve existing teaching materials (teacher guides, student resources, presentations, video scripts, etc.). * Coordinate with other teams—including Early Childhood Education and Secondary Education teams—to ensure teaching materials align with different educational levels. * Collaborate with other teams—including illustrators, linguists, and layout designers—to guarantee the quality of created materials. * Analyze how to adapt the teaching materials offering to other regions, considering each region’s specific cultural and educational aspects. * Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay current with trends and best practices in mathematics education and educational technology. * Visit educational centers to test and evaluate the materials developed and collect feedback from teachers and students to continue improving. **What Are We Looking For?** * A primary school teacher with experience in primary education. * Interest in mathematics pedagogy. * Communication skills in Catalan, Spanish, and English. * Familiarity with various digital tools. * Time management and organizational skills for project management. * Dynamism and proactivity in problem-solving, along with capacity for learning and adaptation. * Curiosity, enthusiasm, and eagerness to keep learning every day.
