We are currently seeking a Salesforce & Business Processes Intern to join our CRM team and collaborate on national and international projects related to Salesforce, business process analysis, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. Your Mission You will contribute to the evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem, supporting the team in documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes. You will work closely with functional consultants, developers, architects, and business teams, gaining a cross-functional perspective of digital transformation within a global company. This is a functionally oriented position, ideal for individuals interested in technology, data, and process optimization. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Provide support in analyzing business needs and requirements. Document processes, user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation. Collaborate in defining and monitoring dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in improving and documenting business processes. Develop manuals, user guides, and training materials. Support preparation and execution of functional testing (SIT and UAT). Collaborate in organizing and maintaining documentation in tools such as Jira and Confluence. Support initiatives related to data quality and information governance. Participate in projects involving Artificial Intelligence applied to business operations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on digital transformation projects. What Are We Looking For? Education We seek students eligible to formalize an internship agreement and who are currently pursuing or have recently completed studies in: Business Administration and Management (ADE). Computer or Software Engineering. Industrial Engineering. Telecommunications Engineering. Information Systems. Data Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines. Higher Vocational Training Cycles (e.g., DAM, DAW, ASIR, or similar). We Especially Value Interest in Salesforce, CRM, and digital transformation. Education or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, data analytics, or Business Intelligence. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or programming. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Prior experience with Salesforce is not required.
