Professional stability and career development within an established company We are looking for a **Senior Industrial Engineer** **(mechanical and/or structural specialization)** with extensive experience in industrial project development and strong expertise in **3D design**, capable of leading technical solutions from the conceptual phase through to manufacturing. **Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive development of industrial projects (e.g., ferry and cruise ship boarding bridges) * Technical design and 3D modeling of equipment, structures, and assemblies * Preparation of manufacturing drawings and technical documentation * Design review and validation * Coordination with workshops and supervision during the manufacturing phase * Technical site visits and on-site project monitoring * Project timeline, cost, and quality management * Technical liaison with suppliers **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering (mechanical or structural specialization) * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment * Advanced proficiency in 3D design software (SolidWorks, PTC Creo Parametric, Inventor, etc.) * Experience in generating manufacturing drawings * Knowledge of applicable technical regulations * Technical leadership and decision-making capabilities * Availability for workshop visits **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with mechanical equipment and/or metal structures * Experience managing technical teams **We Offer:** * Employment with an established company * High-level technical projects * Professional stability and career development * A positive work environment and a specialized technical team * Permanent contract * On-site position Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
