Work closely with clients and global infrastructure teams on planning Barcelona, Spain \| Full time \| Hybrid \| R1511336 **System administration, monitoring, upgrading, maintenance, installation, setup, configuration, testing****and deployment of systems within Windows, Linux, and Cloud environments.** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Ensure security hardening of systems and critical patches are being applied as necessary.** * **Maintain security, Antivirus and business continuity strategies.** * **Deploy and manage Solutions’ operating system including Windows and Linux Servers.** * **Ensuring the highest levels of applications and infrastructure availability** * **Design and Manage backup/Restore operation.** * **Maintaining and configuring backup policies and redundancy strategies** * **Manage monitoring systems.** * **Manage relation and Work closely with Clients and 3rd parties on infrastructure related planning and operation** * **Generate and create reports/Documents for clients** * **Manage Relationship with the Global Infrastructure teams.** **Other Skills:** ----------------- * **Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering** * **2\+ years of experience in IT infrastructure deployment, Cloud computing technology, server operating systems.** **knowledge in databases such as SQL Server, MySQL and PosgreSQL** ------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Good networking knowledge.** * **Excellent communication skills \& Passionate about technology and internet.** * **Solid experience in Load balancing and Clustering (Windows, Linux)** * **Excellent English written \& verbal communication skills** IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
