Customer reception and dining area management with outstanding service. Table service and attentive guidance on the menu. Management of delivery orders (food delivery platforms), ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch. Maintenance of order and cleanliness throughout the premises to guarantee an impeccable customer experience. * Minimum 1 year of experience required. We require one year of demonstrable experience. * Competencies / Knowledge: Demonstrable experience of at least one year in similar positions (mandatory; candidates without experience should not apply). Professionally mature profile with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy in the dining area. Cheerful, courteous individual with clear customer orientation. Languages: Proficiency in Catalan is highly valued. Versatility: Prior experience or knowledge supporting kitchen operations will be strongly considered. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant details: Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week).
