Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance JOB DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor with at least 5 years of solid experience to join our team on a critical OIL\&GAS project in Tarragona. This position will be carried out during a plant shutdown and will require availability to work night shifts. As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical activities during the plant shutdown, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Your role will be essential in guaranteeing the correct execution of tasks assigned to the team, resource management, and resolution of any incidents that may arise. Essential requirements for this position: * Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in similar roles, especially in supervising plant shutdowns within the OIL\&GAS sector. * Completion of the 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course, or equivalent, certifying your training in occupational safety and health. * Availability to work night shifts. * Proven ability to lead teams, motivate personnel, and foster a safe and productive work environment. * Solid technical knowledge in industrial mechanics, interpretation of engineering drawings, rotating equipment, instrumentation, and piping systems. * Experience in planning and executing mechanical maintenance work, including disassembly, assembly, repair, and testing. * Ability to manage material and human resources, optimizing their use and ensuring availability at the right time. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different hierarchical levels and departments. * Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and decision-making capability under pressure. * Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Preferred qualifications: * Academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Higher Vocational Training in Maintenance, or related field. * Familiarity with OIL\&GAS-specific regulations and standards. * Experience using maintenance management tools (CMMS). * Additional certifications in PRL or specific technical areas.
