Control and review of accounting documentation We are seeking an administrative officer with a university degree \- Provide support in carrying out collections and payments corresponding to the entity's funds and assets, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. \- Provide support in executing, in accordance with guidelines set by the Treasurer, deposits at banks, the General Deposit Fund, and similar institutions, jointly authorizing with the payment officer and the internal auditor checks and other payment orders issued against accounts opened at the aforementioned institutions. \- Prepare technical and administrative documentation autonomously and in compliance with general and specific regulations, as well as reports and other technical documents required for the management and performance of their duties. \- Control and review of the service's accounting documentation. \- And, in general, other similar tasks assigned to them. * Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Diploma in Business Sciences * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time work schedule * Additional relevant information: Catalan language certificate C1; registered with the OCCUPATION SERVICE OF CATALONIA as a beneficiary of the YOUTH GUARANTEE
