We are looking for a person genuinely interested in learning the traditional craft of leather tanning, where attitude and commitment are valued above prior experience; the **main responsibilities** are as follows: \-Learning leather tanning and finishing processes under the supervision of the Workshop Team Supervisor. \-Assisting in order preparation and quality control of leather. \-Performing basic maintenance and organizing the work area. \-Continuously collaborating in daily production tasks. **Requirements:** \-Positive attitude and genuine interest in learning. \-Ability to perform physical work in production environments. \-Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). \-Ability to work effectively as part of a team. **Offered:** \-Training provided by the company. \-Fixed-term contract. \-Full-time working hours. \-Gross fixed salary: As per collective agreement.
