Launching and promoting various dynamics or tools at workplaces requiring them Monitor the project action plans Prepare progress and final project reports Promote improvement projects, implemented measures, and results REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Degrees in Naval Engineering Degrees in Industrial Engineering Degrees in Mechanical Engineering Degrees in Electronic Engineering Degrees in Electrical Engineering Degrees in Telecommunications Engineering Training courses to be considered during Phase 1 (Merit Competition) related to the position to be filled: Process analysis and problem-solving tools Team management WORKING CONDITIONS **Entry level:** Minimum D2 **Contract type:** Permanent The selected candidate shall perform duties under the working hours regime applicable to the assigned position, which may include standard working hours, shift work, or any other special working hour arrangements stipulated in the current Collective Agreement.
