DESCRIPTION **Are you passionate about the technical and economic analysis of construction projects?** We are seeking a **Studies Technician** to join the studies department of an established construction company, working on building projects (public and private works) across various locations in Spain. If you are analytical, organized, and enjoy participating in the preparation of bids and tenders, we would like to meet you. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Review and analysis of project technical documentation (drawings, reports, specifications, and measurements). * Preparation of budgets using measurement and costing software (Presto, Arquímedes, or similar). * Requesting, comparing, and analyzing supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Preparing economic studies and feasibility analyses for tenders. * Preparing technical and economic documentation for public works competitions and private works offers. * Economic assessment of project modifications during the study phase. **Requirements:** * Diploma/Degree in **Technical Architecture / Building Engineering.** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in a similar role within the construction sector. * Proficiency with tools such as **Presto, Arquímedes, AutoCAD, Revit**, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). * Knowledge of ERP software used in the sector is a plus. **What do they offer?** * A positive work environment and integration into an established technical team. * Permanent contract. * Immediate start. * Full-time schedule: * Monday to Thursday: **8:30–14:00** and **15:00–18:00**. * Friday: **8:30–15:00**. * Intensive working hours during Magdalena week. *PERSONALTALENT, S.L. promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
