POSITION AND DEPARTMENT * Industrial installation site manager. * In charge of a team. FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and optimize the technical and human resources assigned to the project. * Monitor project objectives and performance. * Ensure proper implementation of the Quality, Safety, and current regulatory plans. * Represent the company to the client regarding all matters related to the project. * Apply work procedures, occupational safety, and environmental protection measures. * Coordinate subcontractors. * Planning and management of the project, including economic and execution aspects. * Supervision of own personnel and subcontractors, supported by the Site Manager. * Control and monitoring of project execution: costs, deadlines, and quality. * Procurement: request and analysis of bids, comparative studies, proposal for hiring subcontractors/suppliers. * Assessment of subcontractor output, certification of completed work, dispute resolution, additional works, and final settlements. * Compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental protection, and quality standards. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar. * Knowledge: In sheet metal work, assembly of structures and equipment. Valid driver's license.
