We’re looking for you—send us your application!** We seek a **Scientific Educator–Communicator** for a prestigious cultural facility in **Lleida**, tasked with dynamizing guided visits and scientific workshops for school groups, families, and the general public—bringing science closer in an accessible, rigorous, and inspiring way. **Imagine your daily routine:** * Designing and leading educational workshops and activities in the fields of **science and technology**, tailored to each audience. * Conducting scientific guided visits, adapting and transforming content to spark curiosity and critical thinking. * Preparing the space and materials required for various workshops and activities. * Addressing questions and explaining scientific concepts clearly, understandably, and engagingly. * Adapting content to deliver a unique and meaningful educational experience. **What we offer:** * **Opportunity** to join a leading team in cultural management, committed to promoting the value of cultural heritage and making it accessible to people. * **Ongoing training and learning**: You’ll grow in an environment that invites you to make small decisions daily, where making mistakes is also part of the process. * **Contract type**: Fixed-term discontinuous contract. * **Working hours**: Minimum 3 hours/week: Availability required on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, and on Sundays and public holidays from 10:00 to 14:00. Schedule will depend on bookings and programming. * **Start date**: December 2025. * **Workplace location**: Lleida. **Requirements:** ----------------- * A person with excellent communication skills, capable of capturing audience attention and generating interest; passionate about science and art; service- and teamwork-oriented; and able to resolve incidents promptly and effectively. * **Education** in Geology, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Physics and/or equivalent fields. * **Languages**: Native/bilingual proficiency in Catalan and Spanish; advanced English for delivering guided visits. * **Experience** in conducting visits, workshops, STEM outreach, and/or teaching. Experience in museum education, cultural centres, or scientific outreach projects is highly valued. * **Most important**: A person full of enthusiasm and capable of bringing unique experiences to life through science, art, and culture.
