




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic administrative assistant to handle comprehensive management of delivery notes, invoices, telephone customer service, and client interaction in a glass manufacturing company. Direct support to general administration We are looking for an administrative assistant for a glass manufacturing company located in Gijón. The main responsibilities of this position will include comprehensive management of delivery notes, invoices, telephone customer service, and client interaction. Various general administrative tasks will be carried out, as well as operation of necessary computer software for performing the job. Direct support tasks for general administration will also be performed, along with other duties typical of day-to-day administrative work. Working hours will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The shift will be split, with working hours from 08:30 to 17:30, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of prior experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. GM/GS qualification in administration or related field is desirable.
