Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect with experience in construction execution, control, and certification to supervise teams and coordinate occupational health and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and supervision of construction teams. 2. Comprehensive management of economic and technical control of construction projects. 3. Technical support in architecture and resolution of construction details. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Technical Architect. * Experience in construction execution, control, and certification (minimum 10 years). * Knowledge of surveying and setting-out, with proficiency in using related equipment. * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention (PRL). * Ability to work autonomously. * Willingness to travel. **SOFTWARE** * Intermediate-to-Advanced level (mandatory). * PRESTO (MED/PRES/CERT). Advanced level (mandatory). * Intermediate-to-Advanced level (mandatory). * BIM (Revit) Basic level (optional). * COST IT (Revit) Advanced level (optional). * MS PROJECT. Intermediate level. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS** * Master’s degree in occupational risk prevention (PRL). * Experience in electrical installations, HVAC, fire protection, and hydraulic systems. * Strong sense of responsibility and decision-making ability. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Organization and supervision of assigned personnel, including foremen and skilled workers, both directly employed and subcontracted. * Coordination and monitoring of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Creation, assembly, and management of budget items. * Direction and control of construction execution. * Experience in structural execution control, including reinforcement inspection, resolution of construction details, and concrete control and commissioning on site. * Supervision, traceability, and control of tests. * Specification and acceptance of materials. * Proposing technical solutions and improvements. * Planning of resources and objectives. * Economic control of construction projects, supervision and drafting of monthly certifications. * Preparation of reports. * Management of price databases. * Execution of measurements. * Surveying of drawings, drafting of plans and construction details. * Technical support to the architecture department. **OFFERED** * Full-time position. * Immediate incorporation.
