##### **You will contribute to ending hunger in the world by ...** Support the development of ACF's Social Action area strategy in Spain aimed at promoting and supporting inclusive entrepreneurship for people in situations of or at risk of exclusion, specifically by developing the project “**Vives Emplea: Inclusion Teams Methodology**”. ##### **Your main responsibilities will be as follows:** * Develop the “Vives Emplea” project according to the planned framework and achieve established objectives. * Implement necessary management, reporting, and justification systems for project implementation. * Strengthen and consolidate institutional relationships with the partner entity and donor. * Receive training on the specific working methodology and correctly apply it throughout project implementation, as well as coordinate with the national program team. * Knowledge of the humanitarian sector: Familiarity with the third sector in Castilla La Mancha, professional networks, public institutions, and the associative landscape. ##### **Does this description fit you?** * University degree in Social Sciences: Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Education, Labor Sciences, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Social Work, Sociology, or related fields. * Training in team management and group dynamics. Training in social integration. Training in gender equality. * Minimum of 2 years of experience managing, training, and/or facilitating teams.
