We are seeking **Kitchen Assistants** for collective catering to cover a temporary absence. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. * **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
