Job Summary: We are seeking a nurse for health promotion, assessment, medication administration, coordination with medical services, and provision of care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Health promotion and comprehensive assessment of service users 2. Coordination with CAP, Hospital, and specialized services 3. Provision of care and management of clinical records Company located in Casserres seeks 3 nurses. \- Health promotion and comprehensive assessment of service users. \- Administration and monitoring of medications and treatments prescribed by medical professionals. \- Coordination with CAP, Hospital, and specialized services as required. \- Taking and monitoring vital signs and blood draws. \- Medication administration and coordination with pharmacy according to modifications and/or medical prescriptions. \- Provision of care. \- Management of clinical records and files. * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * Spanish (Advanced spoken and written proficiency) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1978 * Additional relevant information: Working hours from 08:00 to 14:30 and from 15:57 to 20:00. Short week: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday. Long week: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
