Job Summary: We are seeking a manager to supervise operations, coordinate teams, manage logistics and machinery, ensure quality, and collaborate with the commercial team. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive supervision of operations and work teams. 2. Logistical management of fleets and industrial machinery. 3. Commercial collaboration and profitability control. We seek a candidate with management experience to take charge of general operations supervision. This position involves coordinating a team of 8 operators divided into 4 crews, ensuring efficient execution of work, adherence to schedules, and optimal on-site performance. It also includes logistical management of 4 vans equipped with tracking systems and supervision of machinery in an industrial warehouse. Site visits will be conducted to verify that work meets quality standards and AISLA specifications. The selected candidate will collaborate with the commercial team to organize workloads for new contracts, visiting clients and prospects to understand their needs, take measurements, and supervise final finishes. They will serve as the technical and commercial point of contact in the Lleida region. Additionally, they will handle administration and profitability control, aiming to optimize resources and propose improvements for sustainable growth. Education: Industrial Engineering or Higher Degree. Minimum 3 years of prior experience in thermal insulation.
