TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Fundació InteÉs plays a strategic role connecting planning, quality, administrative management, pedagogical coordination, and relations with training centers, ensuring that training meets the needs of the territory and the program. The Head of Training is responsible for the overall management of the program’s training activities, especially technical-professional and transversal training. This person leads coordination with training centers, ensures methodological coherence, guarantees proper administrative management of training activities, and oversees the adaptation of methodologies to young people. It is a strategic role connecting planning, quality, administrative management, pedagogical coordination, and relations with training centers, ensuring that training meets the needs of the territory and the program. * 2 years of experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience managing occupational training programs. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Competencies / knowledge: University bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in social sciences or health sciences. Experience in training coordination, relations with training centers, and group management. Experience in administrative management related to training (GIA, Galileu, SPIN). Experience in SOC programs and the European Social Fund is desirable.
