At VINCLE – Association for Social Research and Action, we are seeking Social Technicians for the Prepara\-T Campclar service.
Design, implement, and monitor individualized sociolaboral integration pathways, establishing goals and actions tailored to each person’s needs and pace. Identify training needs and facilitate access to training, employment, and professional upskilling resources, carrying out necessary referrals and coordinations. Design, prepare, and facilitate group workshops and activities aimed at developing labor, personal, social, digital, and transversal competencies for employability. Conduct outreach, recruitment, and participant engagement activities both from the service facility and through on-the-ground presence in the territory, including contact with local resources, organizations, community reference points, and other significant neighborhood spaces. Promote and participate in community initiatives in the Campclar neighborhood, encouraging participation of service users and their connection with community activities, resources, and spaces. Establish and maintain active coordination with local stakeholders. Participate in meetings, working groups, and networked collaboration spaces, supporting referral pathways, case coordination, and joint interventions. Monitor and record all implemented actions, and keep technical documentation and project registration systems updated. Collect and systematize quantitative and qualitative indicators, outcomes, and evidence required for project monitoring and evaluation. Develop didactic, informational, outreach, reporting, and memory materials, as well as other technical documentation linked to project implementation and justification.
* Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience working with the Roma community. Experience working with groups at risk of social exclusion.

* Competencies / knowledge: Requirements and competencies: MANDATORY: University degree in Social Work or Social Education, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Pedagogy, etc. Experience working with the Roma community. Experience working with groups at risk of social exclusion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Certificate of no criminal record from the Central Register of Sexual Offenders and Human Trafficking Offenders. MANDATORY: A cover letter must be included in the same file as the CV.

* Additional relevant information: Conditions: Weekly workload: 30 hours Schedule: Tuesdays–Thursdays, 10:00–14:00 and 14:30–18:30; Fridays, 09:00–15:00.
