




Automotor Canarias is seeking an accounting administrator to manage suppliers. Main responsibilities: \- Accounting for supplier invoices, expenses, rentals, and accounting provisions. \- Control and monitoring of supplier accounts. \- Daily treasury management and bank reconciliations. \- Control and justification of credit card expenses. \- Review of trial balances and account balances. \- Portfolio management: monitoring of collections and payments. \- Preparation and processing of supplier payment batches. \- Documental support for filing tax forms. \- Management and control of insurance, telecommunications, and supplies. \- General support to the Administration and Finance area (back office) We are looking for candidates with: \- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative accounting tasks. \- Organized, rigorous, and highly detail-oriented individuals. \- Planning ability, autonomy, and initiative. \- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
