




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead and supervise construction works, ensuring technical execution and budgetary control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the technical execution of construction projects 2. Coordinate personnel, equipment, and subcontractors 3. Negotiate agreements with suppliers and subcontractors The candidate must have experience leading and supervising construction works in Santa Coloma de Queralt. The primary objective is to ensure proper technical execution of projects while maintaining strict budgetary control. The candidate will be responsible for full project management, from inception to completion. This includes coordinating all personnel as well as external teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. The candidate must also negotiate agreements with suppliers and subcontractors, seeking optimal terms without compromising quality. A minimum of three years’ prior experience in a similar role is required, preferably with a background in Technical Architecture or a related engineering discipline. Residency in nearby comarcas is considered an advantage. Qualifications: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent degrees. Minimum 3 years of experience as Site Manager in construction companies. Strong negotiation skills, strategic vision, and leadership capabilities for multidisciplinary teams. Residency in the Anoia, Segarra, or Conca de Barberà comarcas is valued.
