Sales Assistant – Alternating Training Contract

We are seeking a person to join a work team in Gijón (Asturias) in the retail sector. The main responsibilities include serving customers, advising on available products, and managing sales through the establishment’s various marketing channels. Auxiliary sales tasks will also be performed, and support will be provided to customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position is intended for candidates under 30 years of age who are registered as job seekers. No prior official qualification related to retail sales assistant duties is required; however, all other legal requirements for formalizing an alternating training contract must be met. A full-time temporary alternating training contract is offered, with remuneration in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Retail Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
